Meet The Team

‘Staff and parents form productive partnerships. They continually share details about children’s development’ – Ofsted 2018

Our highly qualified staff are of the highest calibre and are not only employed for their qualifications but for their enthusiasm and love of children, staff seek to respect and develop the distinctive personality of each child who attends, providing a stimulating environment for children to realise their full potential, both socially and by learning through play.

Each child is assigned a member of staff to be their key person, helping them to settle in, working with parents, carers and families to ensure that each child’s individual needs are met and ensuring parents are kept informed about their child’s activities and progress through their record of achievement.

We take advantage of Local Education Authority training courses to keep our staff up to date and to extend our expertise. All members of staff are Paediatric First Aid, Safeguard and Level 2 Food Hygiene trained.
